For owners or tenants interesting in leasing/Purchasing behind the South residential gates on Harbour Island, they will need to fill out and return the attached paperwork along with a check Made Payable to The SNA (South Neighborhood Association).  This would apply to all communities South of the gates. Fill out and return these forms to The South Neighborhood Association, c/o Lisa Walker, 777 S. Harbour Island Blvd., Suite 270, Tampa, FL  33602.

Realtors who are selling behind the gates would have their sellers fill out and return the attached form that authorizes the realtor to gain access, and allow access to others behind the Harbour Island gates while the sales process is ongoing.
