The South Neighborhood Association --A Brief History:
The South Neighborhood Association, Inc. was formed in 2002 by the Harbour Island Community Services Association (HICSA), the master association. The South Neighborhood Association, "the South," is one of three Neighborhood Service Districts (NSDs) that form Harbour Island.
The South NSD is a residential area behind gates 1 and 2. The communities include eleven residential communities and the Harbour Island Marina Association. Each of the twelve communities elects one owner from their Association to serve on the South Association Board of Directors. This Board manages the South budget and makes decisions to provide landscaping, security, and property management maintenance, as well as insurance for the common property areas as mandated in the documents for the community.
Meetings of the South Neighborhood Board of Directors are conducted monthly, on the fourth Monday of the month, at 6:00 PM in the offices of Condominium Associates located at the One Harbour Place office building, 777 South Harbour Island Boulevard, Suite 270. Meetings are open to all residents. The minutes are posted on this website under Harbour Island Forms Resource Center, SNA Board Of Director Minutes. For copies of the agenda , please contact the SNA Executive Director , Nan Carvell at (813) 209-9300, or .
