Residents should call the following numbers:

Call 911 for the following:
(911 on any phone will bring Fire Dept., Police Dept. or Ambulance as necessary)

* Any emergency where their life or property is at risk.
* Any calls for domestic violence.
* Break-in's of homes, vehicles or water crafts.
* Stalkers / harassing phone calls, or any types of threats.
* Restraining order violations.
* Fires
* Medical emergencies.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After the resident calls 911 for any of the above situations, they should then call the Gate to have the Rover dispatched. They should NEVER call the Gate first and then 911, valuable time can be lost when doing this.

Call Harbour Island Security for the following:

* Any safety issues that have caused or may cause bodily injury or death
* Threats of unauthorized entry to Harbour Island 
* Loose or lost animals
* Suspicious persons or vehicles
* Safety and welfare checks of residents
* Vandalism and/or property damage (along with calling the Tampa Police Department)
* Parking that blocks access and egress of streets
* Speed limits and stop signs
* Road hazards
* Pet violations as defined by Tampa Code of Ordinances:
  leash, pick-up, annoyance( Also place a call to Animal  Control)
* Noise and disturbance as defined by Tampa Code of Ordinances   

IMPORTANT NOTE: Security will investigate incidents and write citations as appropriate.

* Parking issues where street access and egress are not blocked
* Water leaks
* Elevator malfunctions (for condos)
* Removal of illegal signage
* Vehicle parking and towing other than vehicles that block access or egress
* Neighbor disputes that pose no danger
* Pick up of trash, debris, etc.
* Enforcement of Pool rules
* Satellite dish installations
* . . . and any other unique neighborhood rule
